MESSAGE TO ALL CLIENTS: ( WE ARE CURRENTLY MOBILE AND PROVIDING IN-HOME QUICK GROOMING SERVICES FOR REACTIVE & NON REACTIVE PETS! FOR GROOMING AT OUR LOCATION YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT OUR REMOTE LOCATION IN ADVANCE AS WE ARE EXTREMLY BUSY )

Dear Pet Parents,

Please leave a 2-4 hour time slot for our groomers to arrive as we are not always on time, as we focus on reactive pets. Appointments may take longer then expected.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show may result in a cancellation fee.

Booking Time frame: In the event that the groomer arrives and determines that the pet is reactive, requiring additional time and specialized handling, the service fee will be adjusted to reflect the reactive pet rate. For example, the standard nail trimming service is $20 + HST.

However, if the pet is deemed reactive, the fee will be adjusted to $30 + HST to account for the additional care and time required. This adjustment ensures the safety and comfort of both the pet and the groomer.

Transportation Fee: We only charge a $10.00 transportation fee for surrounding area pet owners.

Vaccination Requirements:
Vaccination Policy for In-Home Pet Services To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, owners, and the groomer, Nbpets Healthcare has the following vaccination policy:

1. Proof of Vaccination Clients must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for their pets prior to the appointment. This includes core vaccines such as rabies. Proof can be shown via digital copy, hard copy, or confirmation from your veterinarian.

2. Unvaccinated Pets For pets that are not vaccinated, additional precautionary measures will be required. This includes: Use of muzzles for pets that may pose a risk of biting or reactive behavior. • Use of proper restraints (e.g., leash, harness, or other equipment) to ensure the safety of all parties.

3. Extra Charge for Non-Vaccinated Pets A $10 fee will be applied for unvaccinated pets to cover the additional time and safety measures required during the appointment.

4. Reactive Unvaccinated Pets If the pet is both reactive and unvaccinated, the groomer reserves the right to pause or terminate the service if the situation becomes unsafe. Any service terminated due to these reasons will still incur the base appointment fee.

5. Failure to Provide Proof of Vaccination If proof of vaccination is not shown at the time of the appointment, the $10 non-vaccinated pet fee will automatically be applied. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
